Meeting some of the Doctor Who cast. They were so nice. Unfortunately we weren’t allowed to take posed photos as they had to rush through, but we were allowed to take snaps of them before, during and after we got our stuff signed.

Also can I just say, the ABC shop is awesome. They have given me Noel Fielding AND Doctor Who. Love them!
For a minute I thought Alex was actually in character as River, wearing her green dress from A Good Man Goes To War. But no, it’s a different dress, it appears she just likes the look! :D
I’ve never really liked RPF or over-speculating on actor’s private lives (unless it’s done in a humourous sense) but…I really like the relationship that Alex and Arthur have. They seem to flirt a surprising amount for people playing father and daughter…then again, it’s not as if the show doesn’t have a history of that sort of thing. ;)
Er, yes. I like them. I don’t imagine for one second that anything would happen between them, but it would make me a happy bunny if it did.
So I was at a Q&A panel of Alex Kingston’s today at Supercon and I figured I’d jot down some of the funnier moments with her since my phone crashed when I was taking video. Let me just say she looks exactly the same in real life as she does on television.
- On what the rest of the cast offered for her to spill the beans: “I think Arthur bribed me with a night with him and I can’t remember what Matt bribed me with I think it was money. They were pretty inventive.”st offered…
Oh, Arthur. Another good Arthur-related quote from the linked interview:
“It’s probably because he’s a footballer, but Matt Smith has amazing butt cheeks. I mean it’s between him and Arthur. Arthur if you’re listening, I’m sorry!”
